I want my hiring managers and search committee members to be able to view history, add notes and communicate with applicants based on the position that they have access to. I do not allow them to see more than one job when they open the applicant card, because it would confuse them if they saw more when reviewing applications for a particular position. That said...If they use Actions within the applicant card, they cannot view what was added/noted/communicated with the applicant in History. If they use the meatball menu within the job, they can. I don't want them to use the Actions drop down for this reason, they need to see it in the history. Making these two separate permissions would solve that.
