Sorting Applications and Bulk Actions

To sort applications whilst reviewing and then sending bulk action/move their status according to the sorting ie Sort as Shortlist, Review, Not suitable. Then once categorised, have the ability to filter via this sorting to bulk action and move applications along ie shortlist, review, not suitable.


OR Simply allow applications to be sorted categorised whilst being reviewed. Not having to move each and every single applicant through the windows. You simply check a box whilst reviewing the CV and the application status is automatically updated.


Currently there is no such capability. Very simple very effiecient and crucial to recruitment life cycle.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

    To sort applicants list after reviewing then sending bulk choose outcomes/move to assign status. We have few positions that requires to interview all the applicants that applied and need bulk assign outcome status as invite for interview/ scheduled for interview.

    currently after sort list applicants by TA advisor, Hiring manager has to choose each applicants outcome separately.
