The Manage Interviews page would be far more user friendly if there were filters that could be applied, or defaults that could be changed. At the moment it always displays interviews sorted by the earliest Interview date, which means I see the interviews from years ago at the top of the list. If I reverse the sorting order of the Interview date, I get all the interviews with no Interview date at the top of the list, meaning there's no way to see the most recent interviews at the top. It would be useful if the list could be filtered by job, or interviewers, or application status etc. similar to other screens (such as the manage jobs/job templates/forms/applications etc. which have filter and sort options).

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Interviews are an integral part of the recruitment process, and having a simple way to see all upcoming or even recently completed interviews would be a very useful tool. Although there is the Manage Interviews screen already in PageUp, it is not functional or useful in it's current state. |
