When chaining an applicant status it would be useful to have a search function. By typing in the first few letters of the status needed, only the statuses with those words in it would appear.
Alternatively, a way to bundle or categorise the list would assist in filtering to the correct status.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Our current recruitment process has a total of 149 statuses. As the list is extremely long, we run the risk of clicking the incorrect status. |
