Ability to add additional Users on Job card and identify their role

Have a new function that allows the addition on ad hoc basis of another user, and a drop down list that allows the identification of what type of user is being added to the job card. The permission in the back will automatically allows the identified person to have the same functionality. For example, when a user is added on the job card as Search Chair, and the search committee has two Search Chairs, the user can be identified as another search chair on the job card.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Currently, the job card has one field for Search Chair, one field for Administrative Support Admin, one field for hiring manager, one field for recruiter. When a recruitment process that is more complex is trying to use the system, it is not possible to identify multiple users are involved in one role.

    YES! Please do this! Sometimes we have multiples because we have shard positions. This would be so useful! Please don't limit the numbers that can be in each field either! If I want all search committee members to have hiring manager access and same view, we should be allowed to do this, as this is our process.
