Job card - identify additional user accessing requisition at same time

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Recommend having a warning that someone else is already in or has come in behind you when in a requisition. Saves someone overwriting your information. Suggest screen message to users when someone else opens the job card.
Also important that permissions be considered, someone could have edit rights to a field and the other person read only - if the read only saves it could delete the added information
