Job Card I for Information - additional fields Merged

Allow greater control over the available displayed fields in the I for Information button and reduce the need to actually open the requisition.

Currently some items are hard coded like User/Owner - let the job card language settings flow over here

also allow additional fields e.g. Payscale, lReportsToProviderID_fieldTitle, current approver

    Can HR Administration/Recruitment Officer (lAssistantProviderID) be displayed as well?
