    Display the user updating the Offer Status instead of the recruiter under the applicant's history

    Track the name of the user initiating the offer and updating the offer status or leave blank if the update is generated by the system, as the system does with other updates.

    Clearing Applicant Bounce Flag - optional message if correcting email address

    When clearing a bounce flag provide the option of triggering an email to the applicant "insert bad email address" in message - the previous bad email address and have a message template to advise the applicant of the correction

    Manage jobs- Search - Currently sourced - identify jobs that have not yet opened

    Current Manage jobs search option "Currently sourced" provides Yes/No. it does not distinguish No from jobs where the sourcing channel has not yet opened. Add a third option - "Waiting open" or words to that affect.

    Remove information that shares how many applications were removed/deleted

    Remove the note on the lowercase "i" icon screen that shows how many applications were removed or deleted. This information should not be visible outside of system admins.
