Current Manage jobs search option "Currently sourced" provides Yes/No. it does not distinguish No from jobs where the sourcing channel has not yet opened. Add a third option - "Waiting open" or words to that affect.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Identify jobs that are in Sourcing status that do not have a an active sourcing channel. helps bulk move from sourcing status to a different status that reflects not currently sourced e.g. shortlist current search search criteria Currently sourced does not detect jobs were the channel has not yet opened. This can result in jobs being bulk moved to a non sourcing status when they have not even been sourced yet. |
