Update the ER code to recognize Preferred Name for Users so it is consistent with the rest of the platform.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
It seems the Preferred Name is recognized across the PageUp platform except Enhanced Reporting. The list of reports and who created them is listed by First Name only. PageUp Technical said that ER being a micro service does not have the preferred name in the code. This should be consistent with the rest of the platform. I would ask PageUp to make this an improvement. |
