Job Cancel - provide note option window

To help identify why a requisitions is cancelled (as versus Closed) bring up a mandatory text box or pick list for reasons why it was cancelled if Cancelled is selected.

Be able to determine how the positions in the Organisational Chart section and in the Position Search are sorted e.g. by position number, by position title but reverse alphabetical order, my current incumbent etc.
