The Applicant card and the Manage applications page is what's commonly used by the recruiters to communicate with the applicants. Currently, the only way to send out the comms, 'Confirm updated terms and conditions' with a working url is via bulk communicate.
It would be more efficient and cater more to the recruitment process if the functionality of this is also supported in the Applicant card and Manage applications page.
