Consistency of functionality when adding applicants in bulk It is not obvious or consistent with the New applicant Single option inside a Manage Applications page Manage applications - New applicant single - you get an extra applicant on your job use Bulk and Import Excel file you get applicants created - but they are just applicant profiles not linked to the job. |
