Offer Status - update Offer status if manually move application status to Offer declined

If an applicant is manually moved to an application status that reflects a contract has been declined also update the Offer status to Declined

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

normally applicants log in and Decline a contract

If the Manager manually updated the Application status to reflect manually declining the Offer though the Offer status does not update to reflect Offer declined.
