Make permissions effective in all areas of the recruitment system. ensure that the security boundaries defined in permissions have no loop holes that allow for functioning outside the parameters that have be set by the Administrators for a reason....

    Allow the Applicant to see withdrawn applications in their Applicant Portal

    Currently the withdrawn status is hardcoded to remove the application from the Applicant Portal. Ideally the application should still be visible for the candidate.

    Add the ability to use the Green, Yellow and Red as a quick way to rate A, B, C.

    It would be very helpful if we had a way to quickly rank candidates in an A/B/C format and it seems that the Green, Yellow and Red boxes would be an easy way to do that. But we can only use those boxes to bulk communicate or bulk action which isn'...

    system settings - control of access

    Like Reports - provide Edit/View only access to system settings like Recruitment processes and application forms currently if a user has access to system settings - they can edit everything you give them access to
