It would be very helpful if we had a way to quickly rank candidates in an A/B/C format and it seems that the Green, Yellow and Red boxes would be an easy way to do that. But we can only use those boxes to bulk communicate or bulk action which isn't really what I'm looking for. A quick way to rank the candidates would be super helpful.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
A quick way to rank candidates so we don't have to look back through the pool each time and try to remember which candidate was that again, and did I think they were an A or a C. |
