Receive a notification once a job advert has closed

Appreciate we get a notification a few days before a job closes however, it would be really helpful to also receive a notification once the job has actually closed.

Job Notes - Allow for multi-user selection

When adding job notes, allow users to select multiple users to whom to email the note to.

Application form rules - apply flag even if applicant kicked out by form rule

Apply flag rules at same time you make an applicant Ineligible with the screen message.

Incomplete application management should continue to work if applicant withdraws and reapplies

The process should continue to work if the applicant remains in 'Incomplete' status regardless of prior status 'moves'.

Notification when Reports Are Not Sent

When enhanced reporting reports are not sent due to a technical issue, and they do not show up on schedules, we should be notified that reports are not sent, not hear it from our users. (Ticket ID 69318).

Prevent Offers being initiated if the job is closed

Prevent Offer from being created on a closed job you cannot add an applicant to a closed job so you should not be able to initiate a contract on a closed jobs

Option to "unmerge" applicant accounts that were combined by mistake

It would be really helpful to have an "unmerge" option in case two applicant accounts are merged by mistake. That way, we could easily revert back to the original applications without any complications.

Link to reference check sent via Text/SMS

Can we please have the reference check form URL to be able to get sent off via SMS as well? Currently we can only send it via email but both would be amazing
