Recruiters would mostly benefit from this. SYSADMINs could also benefit.
Current functionality:
"Form designer" permission is turned off because it give the users the ability to go into manage forms and change the form templates that we have designed for the entire VA Commonwealth.
When a recruiter needs to add a question to the library, they email our SYSADMIN and it is added to a folder specific to their agency/team.
Recruiter can find and add their questions when customizing the application for sourcing.
If a recruiter makes a mistake and needs to delete a question from the customized application, they cannot unless the form designer permission is turned on.
Recruiter must again reach out to SYSADMIN to request edits to the application.
Use Case for update
Manage question library is a permission in and of itself and it can be limited to visibility only within Team(s).
A recruiter has that permission turned on and can:
Add and edit questions in the library
Add these supplemental questions to customizing applications on the job card
Can EDIT & DELETE questions in the customized application window.
They should also NOT have access to the manage forms section, including NO access to:
New form
Manage user defined fields
Import Form
Manage reporting code labels
