Provide the ability for a user to ONLY use customise for job and not be able to edit all forms

What business value are you trying to achieve?

I would like to allow people to be able to tweak existing application form using the job Customise for job without giving them full access to edit every every form in the platform

    1. Enabling the "Can Customize Application Form" setting.

    2. Disabling the "Form Designer" permission.
