It would be ideal if Selection Panel members could customise the reference check questions when using the Online Reference Check functionality, rather than being restricted to generic ones set up on the online reference check form. Especially when it comes to roles that require specific requirements. It would be great if the functionality worked along similar lines as the interview questions, where they can be either selected from a "question Library" or added as a customised question by the selection panel.
