What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
I find it frustrating that if you wish to review jobs via a recruitment status ..i.e ONLY review jobs in the “interview “ status, you have to first click on the “Total” circle to clear the previous recruitment status that you have been reviewing, in order for you to review the next status. Otherwise the previous jobs you were reviewing on the previous recruitment status stay on the screen. This adds another unneeded step in the process.
Also still too much white space on the dash board for companies that have volume recruitment needs. You have to scroll through several screens when reviewing all recruitment vacancies - rather than the one page on the old dash board.

The functionality of this dashboard is to allow reviewing jobs in multiple statuses. It is not currently aligned to change this to only show one status at a time, or to change the user flow for this page to make it more difficult to select multiple job statuses at the same time.
