Make the dashboard more user friendly. Allow large amounts of data to be run.
Provide further 1:1 support to customers who need assistance rather than sending teams to the knowledge portal.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Enhanced reporting is horrible - it is slow, clunky and runs many many errors. It can not load large amounts of data. While it allows all fields to be selected it means that the lag time to pull reports is significant. Please provide other reporting options or switch back on legacy please. |
