Rather than extract a report, email it out to the team to review, and then they jump onto Page UP and manually updated one at a time as listed on the extracted report, could there not be a dashboard for teams, where they can have listed all the information relevant to that report, where they can click on it and update? It is used in workforce planning and has worked well with my experience. Would be a huge time saver for my team.
