Thank you for your feedback. Could you please clarify whether you were referring to the recruiter dashboard or the hiring manager dashboard?
To take a step back, the dashboard is intended to serve as a homepage to instantly direct the user to key calls to action, such as new applications or tasks. On the other hand, for better filtering and actionability, we have the manage jobs page, which I understand is a click away from the home page but can also support completing more of your jobs to be done. So it would be super useful to get your perspective on the pain area on your strong preference to use the dashboard over manage jobs.
The ability to configure the fields that you want to display on the dashboard would be really helpful - in our business, we have the same position in 100+ locations, so displaying the location would make our lives much easier.
