Please reconsider the recent aesthetic change to move the tabs (position info, Notes, etc.) from the top navigation to the left (collapsed) navigation pane. Hiring partners are frustrated - resulting in calls and emails looking for their tabs. This change often results in users not using Page Up for their recruitment correspondence and sending their updates via email. We then need to upload their documents and paste their job notes for hiring partners. We have also been experiencing significant system slowness with page loads since this change was made.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Please consider reverting the tabs to the top navigation, or keeping the left panel expanded by default, vs. requiring the user to have to click on the karat/circle to access the tabs. Please also address the slowness issues attached to this enhancement. |
