FEATURED Additional form triggered from an automatic status change
It would be helpful to allow ''additional forms'' to be triggered from an automatic status change. We require applicants to complete a form on completion of another form. This would be helpful if this could be done by an automatic status change.

Recruiter and job status read-only setting

Allow some users (non-recruiters) to have read-only view to the recruiter and job status on the job card. Also allow the Hiring Manager Jobs list view to include the recruiter as a column.

Permissions interchangeable

Having the ability to have layered permission options not just recruit or performance or module based, more so depending on the need have the permissions selected as required and create your own permisison groups.

Parse keywords from resume to match with job description

This would benefit recruiters as matching keywords from the resume to the job description and rank those would allow us to have a cutoff score to not screen resumes that have a low score and save recruiters time.
