Access to the Manage Reference Checks function should follow the same permissions governed by teams.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Creating consistency among the access permissions. Currently you can restrict hiring managers viewing jobs/applicants by team, but that does not carry over into the Manage Reference Checks function, which displays every pending reference check regardless of team. This is a confidentiality issue. We don't want a hiring manager from one department to be able to read the references submitted for applicants belonging to another department. |
