Provide the ability to display or hide each document/form type on the “compile and send” pop-up. Currently we can do this for the document categories but not for the documents/forms in the "application details" or "recruiter documents" sections. The visibility of a document type could be a permission group setting (e.g., so that users could be given permission to compile/download specific document types). It could also be a system-wide setting that applies to all users in a given instance.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We want to enable users to quickly review and select the options that are pertinent to them. We would like to remove the items that are less important (or not currently in use) to reduce visual clutter on the pop-up and mitigate confusion about which items to include in the compilation. |

A permission in our Hiring Manager User Group to hide the New Hire Form from would bypass the need to make the New Hire Form confidential.
