Automatic Hiding of Additional Forms - Exclude New Starter forms

Exclude New Starter forms from the Automatic Hiding of Additional Forms setting

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

I like the ability to hide old additional forms given to applicants

The New Starter form should NOT be hidden - please exclude from being hidden

Managers closing recruitment processes removed teh ability for a New Stater to complete the New Starter form

    I have asked them to keep us both in the loop when it is fixed and I will turn the setting back on once bug is fixed

    The setting was not designed to prevent New Starter Forms, so from my perspective this is definitely a bug

    So - - is this just a bug and the setting is designed to allow New Starter forms to be completed despite the job being closed?

    Thanks for the feedback Mark,

    New starter forms should not have been hidden when a job is closed.

    We recently (in the past year) did work to hide new starter forms, but only if the offer has been declined or application withdrawn.

    Can you please raise this as a support case with the specific example so that we can have a look and align the system to behave to expectations
