Currently, when you update or create new questions on the application the system creates new application forms and it is confusing which application form is the most recent. We would like to update or create new custom questions on the External/Internal applications without it creating a brand new application form. If this is not possible, it would still be beneficial if there was functionality to name each application form so the newest one is easily recognizable.
