Audit or track file delete

on a page where documents are stored - have an icon saving a file has been deleted and the ability to see it and who deleted it i.e. Archive instead

Or - in Audit log - provide the ability to look for who deleted files on a particular job or applicant/application

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

identify who has deleted a file e.g. on documents page
