Unable to bulk change statuses from the applicant search

Currently the bulk options are limited from the applicant search function. We're having to use this as a work around for another issue we have, but then because we can't bulk change statuses this way it means the work around doesn't exactly work.

Option to increase reporting codes. For example Onboarding Offer MASTER has up to 200 codes. When using these codes for payroll imports, HR Data, recruitment data etc they do get used.

Ability to batch add departmental onboarding tasks

Right now, favorite tasks are used by departments to customize the onboarding experience. It can be time consuming to add favorite tasks/plans to each individual hire. It would be nice to batch add favorite tasks for all new hires at once.

Bounce messages seen by applicant

If an applicant has seen a message - show the content of what was seen - update the Bounced email to show the text that is actually "Not Bounced" as the applicant actually ended up seeing it clear bounce flag as well
