Unable to bulk change statuses from the applicant search

Currently the bulk options are limited from the applicant search function. We're having to use this as a work around for another issue we have, but then because we can't bulk change statuses this way it means the work around doesn't exactly work.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

save a lot of time, improve candidate experience etc. etc.

    Thank you for sharing your idea, Nic.

    Whilst we understand the importance of this specific use case to your recruiting efforts, however, at the moment, our system lacks the capability to change application status across various recruitment processes simultaneously.

    As a result, this particular idea is not currently in line with our current product strategy.

    This isn't my idea but I agree this should be a feature. Currently in Applicant Search, we can filter the search by what application status an applicant is in. But there is no bulk option to change multiple applicants' application statuses.


    An example of where this would come in handy for me is, I am currently trying to clean up our data in PageUp and we have over 8000 applicants that are in 'Business Manager Review' from 2017 - 2022. I'd like to be able to select all of these applicants and move them into a non-current application status but this isn't possible from the current bulk options:
