If an applicant has seen a message - show the content of what was seen - update the Bounced email to show the text that is actually "Not Bounced" as the applicant actually ended up seeing it

visibility of what email text was seen by an applicant currently the bounce message just shows there was a bounce you then see in the history the Seen by application note but no visibility of what bounced email actually said |
