APB 'other Documents" View to also show documents uploaded by recruiters

the documents to show in the Documents slider view on APB should also show supporting documents that are uploaded by a recruiter or other user

Separate the notes and communicate functions between the applicant profile and the application

Make the functions separate so you can remove access to one but not the other.

Add button/link to Task screens to mark a Task Complete

Recruitment team would like the ability to quick-complete Tasks with a button or link; rather than typing '100' into the Amount Completed field and saving the record. This is currently the only way to move a Task from Active to Completed.

Unable to bulk change statuses from the applicant search

Currently the bulk options are limited from the applicant search function. We're having to use this as a work around for another issue we have, but then because we can't bulk change statuses this way it means the work around doesn't exactly work.
