Ability to switch off the 'Job Closed Agency Notify' section when closing a job

To be able to switch off the 'job closed agency notify' section that appears when you close a job or to set the default to 'no'.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

For customers who don't use agency regularly it would be good to be able to switch off the 'job closed agency notify' section that appears when you close a job or to be able to set the default to 'no'.

    As Mark has mentioned, this is already supported functionality. In settings > communication templates, you can default the template 'Agency job closed notification' to No. You will still be able to send the email to your agencies when closing a job but by default, sending will be set to no each time.
