FEATURED Ability to select more than one option in the job filters
It would be good to be able to select more than one option when using the filter criteria in the Manage Jobs tab.
FEATURED Sourcing - block ability to source if job is non current (Closed/Cancelled)
Prevent sourcing to added to a closed/cancelled job. provide a prompt for the user to reopen the job / remove date filled

Auto-refresh application status after making a change in list and card view

When in list and card view, if you change the application status on an applicant card, the list/card view page should auto-refresh to reflect the new status, just like it does on Manage Applications.

Remove referrals and referral flags

In the Referral edit window, have a "Remove/ delete" option and when selected, also asking for a "Reason" that is mandatory free text field. This should be recorded in the history for record keeping and reporting purposes.

On initial application - Validate Applicant Name (E.g. A-Z only; or 30 chars max) [To improve integrations with other systems]

On the new-starter form, the ability to do validation is hugely useful. This means we can easily send data to our other systems knowing the send will work. As an improvement idea, it would be fantastic if initial forms allowed the same validation....

Duplicate detection rules - look at Home number as well instead of just Mobile

Could you please consider looking at home number field as well. Some applicants just use that field only and will put their mobile number there instead and leave the real mobile field empty also factor in blank spaces and dashes mobile 0400 000 00...

Make all fields available on Offer Card

Allow all fields (e.g. sTALargeOther, sOther11+, etc.) to be availble for selection on the Offer Card. This would optomize the configuration options and allow for unexpected changes from a clients Job Card to align to the Offer Card.
