Settings items default to active list

It would be wonderful if all settings would default to active items only when opened. It is very confusing when archived items are unexpectedly displayed. We should not have to search again to get the active list.

Ability to close all sourcing channels in one go

Add completed reference checks to offer card

Attach completed reference checks in the applicant documents section in the same way that resume and cover letter and form are included. Allow for the document category to be set so these completed reference checks are not visible to the applicant.
