Trigger automation of re-advertising a role if the advertisement closing date is nearing. Add a tick box on sourcing channel if we want to "re trigger" an advertisement depending on job status or depending if there are still "vacant " positions.
And
Send a notification (Email) as a reminder that an advert closing date is nearing aside from a Bell notification from the TAS' dashboard

Able to quickly action advertisement ending soon or able to automate readvertising. To save time of TA team manually readvertising a role |
Not for me this is when I have my most communication with Managers when I have my 1:1s about what they need and as they are no longer in WFC we do this at our weekly regional meetings also to make sure everyone has the new reqs they require. I am only posting roles atm for a week as we are receiving large numbers of applications.
This would reduce a significant amount of manual intervention.
