Save a custom colour palette into reporting & analytics

It would be great to be able to save our custom colour palette for future use so we no longer have to create it every time we have to report. It's such a simple idea but would save me so much time when running reports out of the analytics page.

Rates Calculator - Ability to have basic logic would allow more people use it

The rates calculator would be great if it allowed "If this then that" style logic. For example if "Work Type" = "Daily" then ignore hours per day. Otherwise if "Work Type" = "Hourly" then times the "Hours per day" to work out the daily rate. There...

Remove the ability to mark performance objectives as complete in a review

If you can mark something as complete, perhaps you should also have an indicator to capture % complete on an ongoing basis. You should be able to track progress and quality of performance. Or just quality of performance.
