Reset Password email to applicants

If the email provided by the applicant didn't exist in the PageUp system, the same notification that "an email is sent for reset password" is displayed. But applicant will never get an email, because the account didn't exist. In this case, the system generated email should identify that an account with this email didn't exist. Applicant then can decide to setup an account or to try a different email. The current notification is confusing and misleading, causing applicant to wait and never get an email, which then will prompt additional request for support.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

When an applicant click on "forget password" link, an email is to be generated to help them reset their password. An message is displayed that an email was set.
