Clear bounce flag - Sendgrid

If PageUp check Sendgrid and remove the bounce there - have that removal also update on the applicant card.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

reduce a step for the client in having to remove the bounce flag as well

    Hi Mark, thank you for your idea. Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve this request. Instead, when you clear the bounce from the applicant card, it will automatically remove the permanent bounce from our email service provider Sendgrid.
