In PageUp, there is a new form selection for hiring manager to input the interview assessment. Once the user selects one of the 4 available option, there is a preview screen. It continues to allow the user to complete the form without any warning message e.g. data will be lost if you continues the action. The user only find out the data is lost when they click on "Next" button. Without any choice, user have re-fill the form. If the preview form is not meant for user to fill up the form, the system should either let the user proceed straight to the form and eliminate the preview form completely or a warning message should be prompt when user try to fill up the form on the form preview screen.
