Either eliminate the preview of the form or make the preview read only and not allow user to enter information. The most efficient approach is when the user clicks on the form option from the application options (three dots) the form opens. This would take one click and then save.
Currently, the user has to click three times to get to the form, completes the form and then clicks save.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Reduce the number of clicks to get to the actual form for users to complete. The HM has to click several times to get to the form. The preview of the form is confusing, and many HM begin to complete the preview. Since the preview of the form allows you to edit the HM complete the form then click next and then realizes their notes are not saved. They have to enter their notes again and then click save. |
