Sending an Applicant a New From

When sending a new form it asked to "Select an additional information form" however, you do not actually select that form type rather an Internal Form. Changing the instruction to include the correct form type would prevent confusion.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Allowing applicants to receive Ad-hoc forms if their information has changed rather than completing the whole process again.
