Create a separate Assessment Event.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Create an Assessment Event--We have a manager that performs assessments on applicants in a certain stage of the process. While we could create an event and some additional recruiting steps, trying to broaden the communications surrounding those confirmation emails was rather confusing.
