What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Allow for configuration of confirmation emails to be detailed for Phone Screen, In-Person, and Virtual separately. Trying to combine these is tricky and doesn't "read well" for candidates. Example: Our confirmation email has an "address" place for the In-person option--but it reads funny when used as a phone screen or virtual interview to see a "location" spot. |
