The history should reflect a true audit of what occurred. If a rule moves a candidate to a status the history should display "moved by rule". All candidate status changes should reflect the name of the actual user who moved the candidate for audit...

Remove an additional information form sent to applicant

When an applicant is sent an additional information form, you cannot remove the form if it has been allocated incorrectly. Would be useful to be able to remove it so it is no longer seen on the applicant's profile if it was sent in error.

If the standard system status of statusARCHIVE is assigned to a job status then it should truly archive requisitions so they are no longer visible on the hiring manager dashboard under Non-Current Recruitment.
