Shortlist or stack rank applicants

By visually seeing if the candidates experience align with our job posting, we can navigate through pools quicker.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

With large candidate pools, we'd like to see PageUp shortlist or assign a percentage to the applications profile based on key words or their experience aligns with our job posting. This will help us navigate very large applicant pools more efficiently.

      This is a critical component to save time on shortlisting candidates - every recruiter's nightmare is to have to screen every single application including those with zero relevance. A weighting scoring system would really create efficiency and give recruiters significant time back to be able to focus on the high hanging fruit e.g. more partnering with the business, headhunting candidates etc. This would be one of the biggest value adds for TA's.
