If the standard system status of statusARCHIVE is assigned to a job status then it should truly archive requisitions so they are no longer visible on the hiring manager dashboard under Non-Current Recruitment.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We have a number of requisitions in the system where hiring managers created a requisition multiple times and they show as DRAFT. We want to either Cancel these requisitions using the Bulk Action or create another job status for DRAFT-NEVER ROUTED and assign the standard system status of statusARCHIVE where it truly archives and is no longer visible on the hiring manager dashboard under Non-Current Recruitment. This bad data muddies up their views. |
